Job Objective:

Driving execution for digital enablement using multiple tools across supply chain

Job Responsibilities:

Initiatives Related Initiatives:

Enable the digitization of cross-functional business processes through mobile applications, analytics tools, productivity tools, social media,etc.

Own and drive the implementation of specific initiatives including:

-IBM Maxpro: Adoption/value realization of IBM Maxprofor Sanand digital factory.
-Optimization using IoT data: Use IoT data collected to drive cost/production optimization at the plant.
-Digital opportunities in plants, Depots and transportation: Work with supply chain team to identify and implement smaller digital initiatives that improve productivity and efficiencies.
-Supply chain digital plan: Develop plan to scale up digital solutions across multiple plants and drive the plans to closure.
-Drive Value realization of Digital / IT Assets in Supply Chain

Operational Responsibilities:
Operational responsibilities in this role would include -
-Working with multiple vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of initiatives
-Ability to stringently manage project timelines and budgets
-Partner with multiple business functions to design functionality key to business functioning
-Partner within the IT team across all sub-functions to ensure smooth roll out of initiatives
-Communicate project goals/statuses/ plans/ within and outside of the function to ensure stakeholder alignment
-Work with vendor management team and own all operational processes related to vendor relationships

Minimum Education: Postgraduate in Management

Minimum Work Experience: 5-8 years

Critical Experiences/Exposure Required: Ability to communicate to senior stakeholders, clarity of thought, Strong delivery capability
