Job Description

Job Responsibilities-

1) Recruitment
• Responsible for all recruitment at store level of the assigned region
• Maintain calendar for recruitment drives & campus drives
• Innovate to create unique channels of sourcing
• Shortlisting CVs from various job portals and cold calling for lining up interviews
• Promote employee referral
• Salary negotiation & offer rollout
2) Joining Formalities & induction
• Documentation & file maintenance of all new joinees and existing employees.
• Induction of new joinees & smooth onboarding as per laid out policies and procedures

3) Employee Engagement
• Execute engagement at store level as per the calendar launched by HO
• Regular one-one sessions with store teams
• Grievance handling & appropriate escalation for timely resolution

4) HR Operations
• Maintain various MIS Reports

Required Candidate profile

•We are looking for #ForeverFaster HR who can connect with people and live up the PUMA spirit.

•This position will be based at Chandigarh but will be exploring various cities (big & small) across Punjab, Himanchal Pradesh & Jammu.

•The incumbent will be responsible for managing stakeholders of Retail Operations & Store teams; Someone who can ace recruitment (which will be 60% of the role), innovate in employee engagement (we go REALLY BIG on this one), be a constant touchpoint throughout employee lifecycle and can aptly handle conflicts & negotiations. Basically, a person who gets high on challenges, has a knack to exceed expectations & enjoys taking ownership with an appetite for calculated risk.
