Paysafe is currently searching for a Product Manager - Risk Management to join our IT Development team in Hyderabad


- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Previous experience in Payment / Fin-Tech company is mandatory
- Should have worked in fraud and risk management in online transaction processing and acquiring environment
- Good understating of transaction acquiring data flow in a global / cross broader environment
- Good understanding of KYC and KYB process and knowledge of 3rd party providers and their capabilities
- Designing and developing Accounting on-boarding risk management, Transaction risk management
- Exposure to usage of machine learning for Fraud pattern detection
- Developing custom application will be preferred
- Good understanding of work flow management tools
- Creating mock-ups and user journey

Candidate Requirements:

- University degree in Management, preferably from a premier institute
- Experience working in a diverse and multi-location company
- Excellent communication and influencing capabilities
- Detail orientated, high availability and metrics insight design principals
- Self-starter, mature leader to drive change and manage results
- Working in an AGILE development environment
- Gathering functional requirements and validating them with stakeholders
- Implementing security controls around application access management, data access, workflow management etc.
- Online payments experience will be preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both written and spoken
