Your Role :

Are you a motivated self-starter? Do you have the know-how for analyzing financial information? We’re looking for someone who can help us to:
- Partner with CFOs to provide ideas, observations, business knowledge and financial expertise that has a direct influence on running the day to day business and setting strategic direction
- Prepare and proactively challenge the monthly Rolling Forecast and the annual budget by partnering with the CFOs and Business Management team
- Be accountable that the Production processes are supported by an appropriate control environment and those controls are performed as intended
- Collect data from internal sources to provide regular and ad-hoc analysis / reports and ensuring highest quality of data
- Provide senior management with ad-hoc analysis
- Have detailed knowledge of cost control, financial planning and forecasting, budgeting and budget analysis, accounts consolidation and reconciliation and development of control policy and procedures
- Lead the discussion & review calls for actuals and forecast & Strategic Planning submission
- Manage Stakeholders, CFO and Business Management team expectations on an ongoing basis
- Operate in the capacity of a team player as well as an individual contributor to ensure all KPIs are met, SOPs and Cross trainings are maintained on ongoing basis
- Deliver qualitative analytics on Dashboard, Flash and Standard packs to CFO and senior management

Your team :

You’ll be working as part of Finance team based in Pune, India. We are a team created to deliver best in class reporting and analysis to support the decision making processes for the CFO relating to month end book close, forecasting and budgeting.

You have :

- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the banking domain with two to three years of experience in FP&A 
- Degree in MBA or CA or an equivalent
- able to multitask and oversee different projects in parallel
- analytical and creative problem solving skills and organizational skills
- ability to provide practical solutions
- a “can do” attitude
- sound experience in data analysis, validation and presentation of results (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Tableau, TM1)
- strong analytical and review skills
- can work both as Individual contributor as well as team player
